Elizabeth took the time to answer my multiple questions, and she was clear in her communication. I could not have asked for better service.:-) I absolutely love the bracelet. The beads do match HOC's 36 Autumn colors, and I use my bracelet to shop instead of swatches. I debated about getting large or medium beads, but I do like the larger size. I would highly recommend this bracelet.
