FAQ
Are you on social media?
Definitely! You can find me on Instagram and Facebook @hoc_seasons_in_kansascity.
Which size or style of Palette Wearable bracelet is right for me?
This is so unique to each person!
For size, consider if you plan to wear the piece, or simply use it while shopping. The larger beads can be nice to have more of each color to hold up to items, while the small are still completely adequate for the job. Smaller wrists may be overwhelmed by the size of the larger beads, but if if you love larger scale jewelry, they will look just right.
When it comes to style, choosing between an adjustable bracelet or a memory wire option, there are a few things to consider. If you'd like to be able to keep it stored in your purse or somewhere it may get roughed up, the memory wire is the better option for you. If you like your bracelets to have a snug fit, you will want to opt for the adjustable option.
What's your return policy?
Jewelry can be returned within 30 days if it is unworn and in new condition. Exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances past 30 days; feel free to reach out and I'm sure we can find a good solution. Custom orders are not returnable.
My jewelry broke! What can we do?
If your item breaks during normal, expected use, and is less than a year old, I'm happy to help you out. I will email you a return label you can use to get the item back to me for repair. If it is older than a year old, please still reach out and I will see what I can do.
My Palette Wearable keychain came apart?!
It wasn't until after they were delivered and being used that I realized I got a bad batch of wire from a new provider for a small batch of keychains. Have no fear, I will happily restring it on much stronger wire that will give you no issues. Message me for a return label that won't cost you anything and I'll get it fixed right up!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can search "gift card" in the store and the link for them will pop up for you.
Do you offer local pick-up if I'm in Kansas City?
I sure do. You are welcome to order online and I can have it ready for you, or you can browse through the jewelry in my dining room if you'd like to see it in person. I also do local markets around Kansas City where you can shop. I will post about them on instagram, so be sure to follow me there if you want to stay in the loop.
