There are two options depending on your preference and level of sensitivity. 

Titanium is a metal that works for nearly everyone with an allergy to metals used in some jewelry. They are a dark silver color, but can be used for any season depending on your level of concern about mixing metals. 

Plastic ear hooks are great for those who are very sensitive, or want a less expensive option.
